Testand si locul tutorialelor mele pe google observ surprinzator ca nu mi-a disparut pozitia de pe prima pagina desi site-ul a fost lasat in paragina un an si… si probabil este neplacut pentru utilizatori sa gaseasca tutoriale vechi fara update-uri. Asa ca usor usor …in functie de timp… ca deh trebuie sa mai produc si $$$ si dupa ce testez bine domeniile*.com si *.ro din punct de vedere seo si design, am sa ma reapuc sa va mai aduc la cunostinta noi informatii…
Atentie am facut curat in blogroll – avand in vedere ca multe site-uri – la timpul cand le-am verificat – nu au mers sau domeniul a expirat. Daca vreti schimb de link-uri va rog sa ma contactati prin formularul de submit.

Securitate wordpress
Ca va vine sa credeti sau nu, exista persoane rau intentionate care s-au adaptat la “wordpress” si pot intra in blog-ul dvs prin nenumarate metode producand haos. Sunt sigura ca le-ati vazut efectul in rezultatele de cautare Google, care au fost etichetate cu site-ul “Acest mesaj poate dauna computerului” direct sub titlu, sau citi povesti despre blog-uluri care au fost “hacked”.
Daca efectuati o cautare rapida pe vulnerabilitatea bazelor de date nationale, veti gasi caWordPress are un numar tot mai mare de vulnerabilitati. Spre exemplu din oct 2009 au fost gasite 421 de vulnerabilitati – din care 25 sunt vulnerabilitati mari !
Articolul nu este un atac la WordPress. Ceea ce vreau sa intelegeti este ca wordpress pur si simplu nu este imun la problemele de securitate. Asa ca in acest articol, am de gand sa va arat unele remedieri rapide pe care le puteti face pentru a bloca unele probleme care pot aparea legat de securitate WordPress.

3. Nu folositi username default admin. Daca instalati WordPress manual, aceasta implic? modificarea bazei de date. utilizatorii Fantastico au posibilitatea de a alege ce nume utilizator si parola, ca parte a procesului de instalare. How to Create Facebook FBML Page, Part 2
This is a second part of our tutorial on creating a FaceBook Template from the scratch. In this part we will convert our .psd file into HTML page. This is not an “HTML/CSS for Dummies” tutorial, so it will not explain everything in detail, however we’ll cover the overall structure of our code.
1. Before we start coding we need to slice all the images we may need. Open the .psd file and turn off all the layers except for the background picture. Save it as bg.jpg
Note: It is suggested that you use “Save for web & devices” feature, to optimize images for web.
2. Turn off all the layers except for the picture of the camera and save it on a transparent background as camera.png
Note: Images with transparent background should be saved in .png format.
3. Save in the same way the rest of the images that require transparent background: logo.png, welcme.png, recent_photos.png, latest_news.png, contact_info.png, points.png:
4. Turn all the layers on, cut the rest of the images and save them as: like.jpg, icon1.jpg, icon2.jpg, icon3.jpg, icon4.jpg, img1.jpg, img2.jpg

FaceBook does not read neither “html” nor “body” tags, but it does support CSS both withing the code and the external one. I prefer using styles right within the code, as we have only one page and that is a lot easier in this situation.

How to Create Facebook FBML Template
Everyone knows a social network called FaceBook. It’s the place where lots of people are constantly spending lots of time. It didn’t take a long time for brands and local businesses to join FaceBook too. So when the amount of non-human accounts started to grow, FaceBook guys have decided to add an ability to create separate pages for businesses and brands.
Today FaceBook pages can be equipped and customized with a lot of different widgets and applications. However the most important of all is the FBML box – it lets you create awesome landing pages, using HTML, CSS, FBML, FBJS, iframes and even Flash.
In this tutorial we will show you how to design a photographers FaceBook FBML page. Follow carefully what we say and you will get a nice layout like this:
1. Let’s start with creating a new document 520 * 800 pixels. That’s because FaceBook has recently announced that the page width will be shortened from 760 to 520 pixels.
2. To create a fancy bubbles background we have used this great tutorial.
3. Now take the Rounded RectangleTool (U) and create a rectangle, which will contain our logo. The radius that I’ve used is 15px.
To enhance the rectangle let’s set a Opacity to 70%
and add a tiny shadow to it:
4. Fill in the rectangle with the name of your company using the Type Tool (T). To make it look more like a logo we can play with the fonts a bit. “John” is written with a thin font FuturaBTLight of #f5634a color, while “Marley” is black (#000000) FuturaBTBold. I have also added a tiny slogan at the bottom. It’s a Visitor TT1 BRK font with 10px height.
5. Adding some effects to the texts as shown on screenshots:

6. There’s some free space to the right from our logo – a perfect place to insert some photographers attribute. The most obvious one is undoubtedly a camera
7. The title of our page is “Welcome to my FaceBook page” which is also made of two above fonts of different colors.
8. Fill the page with some text content and add a bit styling to it by making some phrases bold and some underlined. I’ve used Tahoma font in this part:
9. As far as we’re creating a photographer layout, we need to add a tiny photo gallery to a page. Insert some photos and resize them to 210 * 115 pixels. Order in a line with a 10px distance between them. The third picture will not fit to a page, so we’ll have to cut it with Marquee Tool (M).
10. Add a Stroke effect on the layer with pictures – this will create a nice border:

11. We obviously need a scrollbar under the pictures, so take a RectangleTool (U) and draw it. Then add DropShadow, GradientOverlay and Stroke effects as per screenshots:

12. Pick a Pencil Tool (B) and draw 3 white and 3 black lines in the center of the scroller.
13. To finish the scroll box we need a scroll holder. Pick a Rectangle tool and make a black rectangle of the same height as the scroll. The width should be adjusted in accordance to the photo thumbs. Set the Opacity of the layer to 10%. The scroll box is all set:
14. Using a Text Tool add 2 more boxes in the footer – “Latest News” and “Contacts”. At the very bottom add the copyrights:
15. You can also add the icons of your social profiles to the header. And don’t forget to ask people to become a “Fan” of your page. Add a “Like” button with a supporting text to engage them to join:

Invata sa creezi picaturi de apa artificiale
Invata sa creezi picaturi de apa artificiale
1.Pentru inceput, luam o imagine in care sa adaugam picaturile.
Putem incepe cu aceasta imagine a unei frunze. O poti salva in calculator (Click dreapta - Save..) si deschide in Photoshop.
2.Creeaza un nou layer , selecteaza Elliptical Marquee Tool si selecteaza un cerc asemanator unei picaturi, ca in imaginea urmatoare.
3.Acum aplicam in interiorul acestui cerc un gradient de la negru la alb. Apasa tasta "D" pentru a reseta culorile (culoarea principala negru - culoarea de fundal alb), selecteaza Gradient Tool, fii sigur ca vei avea un gradient linear(setarile sa fie ca in imaginea urmatoare - sunt setarile de baza) si executand click trage de la stanga la dreapta cercului un gradient.
4.Fiind in continuare selectat layerul nou, schimba-i Blend Mode-ul in Overlay astfel : Click dreapta pe layer -> Blending Options -> de la Blend Mode seteaza Overlay.
5.In continuare mai aplicam niste efecte de la Blending Options:
Bifeaza Drop Shadow cu urmatoarele setari:
Opacity: 50 %
Angle : 160
Distance : 7
Spread : 0
Size : 5
6.Bifeaza Inner Shadow cu urmatoarele setari:

7.Acum picatura este aproape gata. Pentru a parea mai real, selectati layerul cu picatura si ducetiva din meniul de sus : Filter - Liquify..
De aici poti modifica forma, tragand cursorul peste marginile cercului. Dupa ce obtii forma dorita executa OK.
Se mai pot adauga si alte picaturi prin acelasi procedeu.

The Power Of Outsourcing
Hey guys my name is Corey and I’m a freelancer running my own business automatically without me having to be there, do much work unless I want to, and I get a lot more time to myself. Why? Because I outsource my business so that I can only do the work that will make my business more efficient and more profitable. I know many of you are probably completely booked with the projects you already have, so that mean you can’t work on expanding your business, meaning you keep your profits limited. The first question you need to ask yourself is “What is an immediate priority I can outsource?” I personally outsourced projects first, then once I became comfortable to even free up more of my time; I outsourced some marketing to bring in more clients. Then that’s where the automation started to work, my staffs were bringing in clients and my other staffs were finishing the client’s projects. All I had to do is basically manage the clients.
It’s amazing how many people realize that outsourcing is important yet haven’t taken any action to eliminate their most stressful business tasks.
Projects develop in a sequence, like a house constructed from the ground up on a budget, you build the foundation long before you head out and buy furniture to keep costs at any one point in time as low as possible.

Cash Flow vs. Outsourcing
Outsourcing and cash flow are support each other. One generally helps to create the other and vice versa because you pay money to hire contractors and you hire contractors to make more money.
You don’t want to go into debt to pay for outsourcing unless you know for sure the return is big once the outsourcer completed the project. Outsourcing is something that may be a little scary to others because the money you spend today may not returned the next day.
Making Sure You Don’t Get Burned
We all know that sometimes we get those annoying clients that give you hard time while you chase them to get your earned dollars. To make sure you don’t hire an outsourcer and don’t get paid for the project, you MUST evaluate your prospect effectively to make sure they are serious and won’t burn you in the end. Also, asking for 50% upfront can break you even. If something like this happens and you don’t end up getting paid, it may be a little downfall to outsourcing but something like that would barely happen, but there is still a risk, just a smart one.

Most advice you read about outsourcing suggest you go to freelancing sites such as Elance.com and submit a job to find someone. This exactly isn’t the best way because usually these people are either way too expensive or they take too long to stretch their hourly wage.
I have never used a freelancing site to hire an outsourcer. To find good people I always rely on my 3 main resources:
